Cheesecake Delight!

Well Christmas is over, but that doesn't mean the desserts have to end!
This Cheesecake is perfect any time of the year.
It doesn't even have to be cranberry, use any kind of fruit you like...cherry, strawberry, apple?
I haven't made it yet, but I did taste a homemade one and it tasted delicious!
When making a cheesecake, I think the pie crust should be homemade too...it tastes better and it's really easy to do!
